Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner - Conduct property tours and highlight key features and amenities - Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding available units, leasing terms, and application process - Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Assist with property maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution - Maintain organized files and documentation related to leases, applications, and tenant communications Skills:
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build positive relationships - Basic knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management Note:
