- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner - Coordinate and supervise maintenance projects - Fabricate and install parts as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Provide excellent customer service to internal departments and external vendors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience in maintenance or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team - Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and scheduling - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Good communication skills, both verbal and written Note:
