This individual will be responsible for routine grounds and building cleaning, as well as providing a welcoming environment to our residents.
Embracing the SDK philosophy, you will exhibit excellent customer service skills; treating our residents with dignity, respect, and a desire to provide the highest standard of quality and comfort in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning the grounds.
Cleaning dumpster enclosures.
Cleaning laundry rooms.
Empty trash cans on the exterior of the community.
Assisting team with removal and installation of appliances.
Snow removal is mandatory.
Above is not limited to additional miscellaneous work tasks.
