New Facility on Blackwood Clementon Rd We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Associate to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk.
You will be the face of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality, while being comfortable working as a team.
Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information as well as a customer-oriented approach are essential.
The goal is to make our members and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities Keep front desk and the facility tidy and presentable Greet guests and welcome them into the fitness center Answer questions, address complaints and give accurate information Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep and distribute messages Contact members to inform them of account issues and resolve them Perform tours of facility for potential new members and transmit membership options Handle point-of-sale activities for memberships and other items Complete and renew membership agreements Assist members in need of assistance with their membership Take up other duties as assigned if needed (stocking, cleaning, and clerical duties) Hours --> $15.
13/hr PART TIME(10-20 hrs /week) Weekends from either 7-2pm or 12-7pm Weeknight availability a PLUS Knowledge in ABC Financial & Club OS Software (Sales) a PLUS.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
