- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property - Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed promptly - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and improvements - Maintain accurate records of property-related documents, including leases, contracts, and tenant information - Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants - Implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and upsell additional services to tenants - Collaborate with the management team to ensure proper maintenance of common areas and amenities Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using computer software for file management, data entry, and reporting - Knowledge of property maintenance practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant relations - Ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve conflicts professionally - Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices - Familiarity with Yardi Note:
